NEUTRAL GROUNDS CHAMPIONS LEAGUE 2026 

MECHANICS and GUIDELINES:

1. ELIGIBLE GAME TITLES AND DURATION

All branch-sanctioned events related to their respective TCG game titles will entitle participants to accumulate points from July 27 to September 6, 2026, on the Neutral Grounds Champions League 2026 website. 

• Magic: The Gathering

• Flesh and Blood

• Riftbound League of Legends 

• Star Wars Unlimited

Meanwhile, for miniature game titles, separate feeder events will be held throughout the period for Conquest and Marvel Crisis Protocol, with invitations to the finals. Below are the details of their respective events:

2. POINTS ACCUMULATION

A. Accredited NGCL Events

Points will be accumulated from the following Neutral Grounds stores running the Neutral Grounds Champions League 2026 (NGCL).

Neutral Grounds Alabang Town Center

Neutral Grounds Ali Mall

Neutral Grounds Central Bloc Cebu

Neutral Grounds Centris

Neutral Grounds District Cavite

Neutral Grounds GH Mall

Neutral Grounds One Ayala

Neutral Grounds Manila Bay

Neutral Grounds Megamall

Neutral Grounds Vertis North

B. Earning of Points

Participants will earn a point for every participation. The winner of the event gets 2 additional points. 

• Participation: 1 point for each participation in any Game title recognized as a sanctioned event.

• Winner (Top 1): 2 points for the winner based on the final official results/standings of the particular sanctioned event.

DAILY POINT LIMIT: The maximum points a player can earn per day is 3 points per game title, per store. Playing in one or more stores and in any game title to earn points is allowed. If the maximum number of points has been earned, the succeeding earned points will be considered invalid.

Duration: Points will be accumulated for the NGCL-sanctioned events from July 27 to September 6, 2026.

C. Point Hosting and Tallying

• NGCL Website: All points will be recorded and tallied on the NGCL Website, which will serve as the portal for Points Reviewing, NGCL Updates, Announcements, and FAQs for player concerns.

• Authorized Access: Only official staff of Neutral Grounds in each NGCL Participating Store can tally points on the NGCL Website.

3. IMPORTANT RULES

1. In-Person Participation: Players must be present in person to earn points.

2. No Proxy Participation: Players who register but do not participate in person will not receive points.

3. No Point Trading: Trading, sharing, or selling points is strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification.

4. Minimum Events Joined: Players must join at least 6 events of the particular game title he/she is qualifying for to be eligible for the team. 

5. Eligibility Notice: Individuals directly affiliated with Neutral Grounds Philippines may participate, play, and organize events, but are NOT eligible to accumulate points.

6. The Neutral Grounds NGCL team has the final say on member and team eligibility.

4. TEAM FORMATION

1. Top Point Earners: The players with the highest points per store per Game Title, who have participated in at least six (6) events of the said Game by the end of day on September 6, 2026, will qualify to represent the store for NGCL 2026.

2. Player Eligibility: A player can participate as a team member in only one Game Title, from one Neutral Grounds store. If a player qualifies for more than one game title, he/she chooses which team to pick, and the vacated slot will be passed to the next eligible candidate. If multiple players are tied for the same points, the player with the most games played will take precedence. If the points are still tied, the player who played on the earliest date will take the spot.

3. Multiple Qualifications: If a player qualifies for more than one Neutral Grounds Store, he/she chooses which store and team to pick, and the vacated slot will be passed on to the next eligible candidate.

Team Composition

1. Team Size: Each team will consist of 3 members for Magic: The Gathering, Flesh and Blood, Riftbound League of Legends, and Star Wars Unlimited.

2. Team Members: 3 Top Point Earners for Magic: the Gathering, Flesh and Blood, Riftbound League of Legends, and Star Wars Unlimited games.

3. Team Manager: The Store Manager will stand as the TEAM MANAGER.

Team Member Replacement

1. Replacement Eligibility: Team members can only be replaced by passing the slot to the next eligible candidate in the hierarchy of accumulated points.

2. Replacement Deadline: Team member replacements must be made at least three weeks before the NGCL Final Event.

5. NEUTRAL GROUNDS CHAMPIONS LEAGUE FINALS

All Store Champions per Game Title will be invited to represent their store in the Neutral Grounds Champions League 2026 Finals, scheduled to take place on October 24-25 at the Concourse, One Ayala, by Ayala Malls.
